Mr. Nikhil Madan represents the new-generation leadership shaping the future of Mahima Group. Having joined the management team in 2008, he has played a key role in driving the organization’s growth while carrying forward its strong entrepreneurial legacy. Educated in London, he brings a global outlook and modern business perspective, translating changing consumer aspirations into innovative developments. Nikhil closely mentors the sales and marketing teams and has helped strengthen systems, processes, and brand positioning. Under his leadership, Mahima Group has expanded into ultra-luxury residential and premium commercial developments, creating refined and future-ready spaces. Focused on quality and customer experience, he continues to strengthen the company’s market presence. Outside work, he enjoys travelling, following global affairs, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
Ms. Kirti Madan is a dynamic and multifaceted professional with a deep passion for literature, travel, and the arts. A literature graduate from Venkateshwara University, she also holds an MBA in International Business, a diploma in Fashion from NIFT Delhi, and a PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility. Her love for storytelling and poetry draws inspiration from literary greats such as Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Ghalib, William Shakespeare, and William Blake, while her passion for travel allows her to explore cultures and experiences from around the world. Early in her career, Kirti worked with Doordarshan as the host of the show Youth Express, where she interacted with several influential personalities. In 2013, she joined her family business as Creative Head, where her keen interest in marketing, public relations, and event curation has helped shape innovative ideas and unique experiences. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys classic films, reading, and spending time with her children.
Ms. Kusum Madan serves as the driving force behind the Mahima Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Mahima Group. With a deep commitment to social welfare, she leads the foundation’s initiatives focused on empowering underprivileged communities, particularly the children of site workers, through education, healthcare, environmental sustainability and social upliftment. Her thoughtful leadership reflects the belief that real estate is not just about creating spaces, but about shaping a better tomorrow. A guiding force within the organization, Kusum Madan continues to inspire meaningful change and social responsibility.
Ms. Mahima Madan heads the interior design vertical at Mahima Group, blending refined aesthetics with a deep understanding of how people live and feel in their spaces. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for user-centric design, she shapes the visual identity of both residential and commercial projects. Her work balances luxury, comfort, and modernity, echoing the brand’s promise of thoughtful living.
